About Richmond
A Richmond lawn is a back-yard lawn, and a small one. The narrow blocks - two front bedrooms, a hallway down one side - leave a courtyard behind the kitchen that is part deck, part paving and part grass, reached through the house or down a side path that fits a person and not much more. Out the front there is a garden bed and a nature strip, if that.
